At any of my family get togethers you can usually find a veggie tray with some sort of dip, usually made with sour cream. I am trying to eat healthier this year and have found a new way to eliminate sour cream... by using Greek yogurt... alas, ending my love affair with sour cream :(
I've never tried Greek yogurt, so I asked my sister-in-law-to-be Jill about it over Christmas. She said it had alot more protein than regular yogurt and it could be used as a good substitute for sour cream. I figured I would give it a try. Below is the recipe for a great veggie dip using Greek yogurt and Hidden Valley Dips Fiesta Ranch mix.

We have been snacking on this all weekend! I divided baby carrots into 100 calorie baggies and also cut up green peppers and celery. It's delicious and I hope you enjoy!
